Meet Brittany Bell, M.A., BCBA, LBA
With more than two decades of experience serving children with autism and developmental disabilities, Brittany Bell is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) dedicated to helping children and families thrive through compassionate, individualized care.
Brittany’s career spans public & clinical schools, university-based programs, private clinics, in-home therapy, and consulting. She has developed autism-specific classrooms and clinical programs, trained teachers, therapists, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and BCBAs, and partnered with multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful, lasting outcomes for children.
Her professional foundation includes specialized training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center’s Child Development Institute under BCBA psychologists and developmental pediatricians in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and the Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills (ABLLS). Throughout her career, she has designed individualized treatment plans, conducted Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developed Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and created educational and behavioral programming tailored to each child’s unique strengths.
As the founder of both The Growing Tree Behavior Clinic and Collaborate4Kids, Brittany brings extensive leadership experience while maintaining a hands-on, family-centered approach. She believes that the most meaningful progress happens through collaboration with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals, empowering families with practical strategies that extend beyond therapy sessions.
Brittany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, a Master’s degree in Psychology, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Behavior Analysis. Her passion is helping children build communication, independence, social-emotional skills, and confidence while supporting families every step of the way.
